The E90 is supposed to have another form-factor. For example, it can look this way (this isn’t a spy photo of the E90, but just a sketch found in Nokia’s documents):

Open up buisness email

ok We talk about email been groupware but it is not groupware. I got a email the other day to help someone with a PDA, the only reason he new he should contact me is that he asked some one who knew I could help. Yet if he could search my email like google he could have found PDA and contacted me, we need to look at how and what we store in emails and how users in the company could look up important information. We are use to searching for information, and email is one of largest and latest information stores that we have.

How long should you wait to try contacting the person again? A day? A week? Should you just resend the message as if it were the first time, or should you mention that this is the second or third time you've sent it? Symbian forecasts the death of the PC

Symbian company's chief executive, Nigel Clifford suggested that the popularity of smart phones in the developed world and the "leapfrog economies" phenomenon in developing countries--in which expensive wired infrastructures are bypassed in favor of wireless--would create a situation where there was a "smart phone in every pocket."

Symbian's head of propositions, John Forsyth, later argued that "in five years' time you'll wonder why you need a PC at all." also "phones are beginning to eat into the space" that laptops were designed for."It will be a great relief to be liberated from the laptop," he added, citing poor laptop battery performance as a key reason.

WiMAX getting closer

Fujitsu Nokia and Nortel have all announced dates to when their WiMAX products will be shipping.

Nokia announced its mobile WiMAX base station, the Nokia Flexi, saying it would be commercially available for the 2.5GHz band at the end of 2007 and for 3.5GHz in 1Q 2008 and adding: "WiMAX-capable Nokia mobile devices are expected to be available in 2008."

Fujitsu said it did not expect to have it available in commercial quantities until Q3 2007: a timetable it said was " determined by the market". It is billing its offering as a one-stop shop for carriers planning WiMAX offerings. "the Fujitsu WiMAX solution will allow carriers to work with one strategic partner for broadband wireless networks, helping them offer the leading-edge services consumers are demanding for anytime, anywhere voice, video and data communications."

Nortel announced it is "the industry's first end-to-end mobile mimo-powered WiMAX solution to deliver 4G mobile broadband content - including Internet-everywhere, mobile video, VoIP, streaming media, data applications and mobile electronic commerce." Nortel also announced its collaboration with chipset maker Runcom to deliver MIMO chipsets that will enable the WiMAX ecosystem of network technologies and devices. Nortel says its WiMAX solutions are being trialled with carriers in Asia, Europe and the Americas - and have been deployed by Netago Wireless with the Special Areas Board of Alberta in Canada and Craig Wireless in Greece. It has not indicated when these products will be commercially available.
